Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain security controls for industrial and OT environments in compliance with DoD and industry standards.
• Conduct risk assessments, vulnerability analyses, and threat modeling for OT systems.
• Monitor networks and control systems for security incidents, providing rapid response and remediation.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate security solutions into engineering processes.
• Develop and update security policies, procedures, and documentation specific to OT.
• Provide technical guidance and training to stakeholders on OT security best practices.
• Stay current with emerging OT threats, technologies, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of experience securing OT/ICS environments, preferably within government or defense sectors.
• Strong knowledge of DoD RMF, NIST SP 800‑82, IEC 62443, and related frameworks.
• Hands‑on experience with firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM, and secure PLC/HMI configurations.
• Proficiency in scripting (Python, PowerShell) for automation and incident response.
• Relevant certifications such as GICSP, GICSP‑OT, CISSP, or CISA are a plus.
• Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and documentation skills.
