Job Summary

The Orenda Center of Wellness is seeking an experienced OMHC Department Manager to lead its Outpatient Center in Frederick, Frederick County, US. This role oversees clinical mental health services, drives program growth, and ensures compassionate care for clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operations of the outpatient mental health department, including scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation.
• Supervise, mentor, and evaluate clinicians, counselors, and support staff to maintain high standards of care.
• Develop and implement treatment protocols, ensuring compliance with state regulations and best‑practice guidelines.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field (required).

• Minimum 5 years of clinical experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
• Strong knowledge of outpatient mental health operations, billing, and compliance.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.

Compensation & Benefits
