Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant

Affiliates of Family Medicine seeks a full‑time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide primary care in our Conroe office, located in Panorama Village, Montgomery County, US.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans.
• Perform routine examinations, order and interpret lab tests and imaging.
• Prescribe medications and manage chronic disease programs under physician supervision.
• Provide patient education on preventive health, lifestyle changes, and disease management.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and support staff to ensure coordinated care.
• Maintain accurate electronic health records and comply with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted NP or PA license in the state of Texas.
• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
• Minimum 1‑2 years of primary care experience preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently while adhering to collaborative practice agreements.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $122,965.82 annually (fixed). Competitive benefits package includes health insurance, retirement plan, paid time off, and CME reimbursement.
