RisingSun Technologies is seeking experienced Node.js Leads to work remotely on banking and financial services projects. This full‑time W2 position offers a competitive rate of $55/hour.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of developers in designing, building, and maintaining high‑performance Node.js backend services.
• Collaborate with product owners and UI/UX teams to deliver secure, scalable financial applications.
• Architect and implement RESTful APIs, micro‑services, and data integration layers.
• Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and enforce best practices.
• Coordinate with DevOps to streamline CI/CD pipelines and ensure reliable deployments.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot production issues, and optimize database queries.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional Node.js development experience.
• Minimum 3 years in a technical lead or team‑lead role.
• Strong backend expertise with Node.js, Express.js, and related frameworks.
• Proficiency with UI frameworks such as React.js.
• Hands‑on experience with MongoDB, SQL Server, and PostgreSQL.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Git, CI/CD pipelines).
• Experience in the banking or financial services domain is a plus.
• Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and leadership skills.
