Network Administrator (Senior-Level)

Link Solutions, Inc. is hiring a Senior-Level Network Administrator in Clarksburg, Harrison County, WV. This on‑site role supports the Biometric Operations Department at the Local Network Enterprise Center.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot Army Information Technology Portfolio (AITP) networks, including NIPRNET and classified systems.
• Provide tier‑3 support for LAN/WAN, VPN, firewalls, and network security devices.
• Monitor network performance, conduct capacity planning, and implement enhancements to ensure 99.9% uptime.
• Coordinate with security personnel to enforce compliance with DoD cybersecurity policies and manage security clearances.
• Document configurations, create standard operating procedures, and produce regular status reports for senior leadership.
• Assist in the design and deployment of new network infrastructure projects and upgrades.

Qualifications & Requirements

• U.S. citizenship with active security clearance (must be able to obtain/maintain).
• Minimum 5 years experience in network administration, preferably in a federal or defense environment.
• Expertise with Cisco, Juniper, or equivalent routing and switching platforms.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewalls, and IDS/IPS technologies.
• Experience with network monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Wireshark) and scripting for automation.
• Relevant certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, or CISSP highly preferred.
• Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $97,070.28 annually (fixed). Relocation incentive available. Comprehensive health, dental, vision, 401(k) match, and paid time off.
