Job Summary

Fujifilm is hiring an MRO Buyer I in Urbanización El Vedado, San Juan, US. The role supports facility operations by procuring maintenance, repair and operating supplies, capital equipment and related services.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify suppliers for MRO items, capital goods and services.
• Obtain quotes, negotiate terms and pricing, and secure competitive contracts.
• Create and process purchase orders, ensuring accurate data entry and timely order placement.
• Track order status, expedite deliveries, and resolve any supply issues.
• Manage return authorizations and coordinate with vendors for defective or excess items.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal Facility Associates and external vendors.
• Support the Purchasing Supervisor with reporting, spend analysis and inventory optimization.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain or related field preferred.
• 1‑2 years of purchasing or procurement experience, preferably in MRO or industrial environments.
• Proficiency with ERP or purchasing software; strong Excel skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work East‑coast hours as required and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.

Compensation

Annual salary: $64,257.27
