About This Position
ICF is hiring a Monitoring Specialist to work remotely while supporting a federal program based in Washington, D.C., US. The role focuses on compliance monitoring, reporting, and delivering training across multiple divisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct compliance monitoring and field assessments for federal program activities.
- Develop, analyze, and present monitoring reports with actionable recommendations.
- Provide technical assistance and training to staff and partners to improve program performance.
- Collaborate with acquisition, program management, and administrative teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Identify process improvements and support the implementation of corrective actions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in public policy, business administration, engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in monitoring, compliance, or field oversight for government or large‑scale programs.
- Strong analytical and report‑writing skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data visualization tools.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for stakeholder engagement and training delivery.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while coordinating with cross‑functional teams.
Preferred Experience
- Experience with federal acquisition regulations and program management frameworks.
- Familiarity with performance measurement methodologies and quality assurance processes.
- Prior experience in a consulting or professional services firm.
Compensation
Annual salary: $114,392.78 (fixed).
