Key Responsibilities

• Direct end‑to‑end delivery of mission‑critical lab infrastructure projects, from concept through operations.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams of IT engineers, mission specialists, and external contractors.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, budgets, and risk registers.
• Ensure compliance with federal security standards and acquisition regulations.
• Manage stakeholder communications, status reporting, and executive briefings.
• Identify and implement process improvements for agile and DevSecOps environments.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of IT program or project management experience, preferably in defense or intelligence sectors.
• Proven experience delivering hybrid‑cloud or on‑premise R&D lab solutions.
• Strong knowledge of federal acquisition, cybersecurity (e.g., NIST, FIPS), and national security space domains.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• US citizenship with ability to obtain required security clearances.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification preferred.

Compensation

Salary: $167,031.08 annually.
