Job Summary
International Friendships, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Ministry Leader for its Pittsburgh region, based in Homestead, Allegheny County, PA. This full‑ or part‑time role supports international college students with welcoming services and community building.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate airport pickups, temporary housing, and holiday hosting for international students.
- Develop and lead conversation partnerships and mentorship programs.
- Plan and execute social events, trips, and cultural immersion activities.
- Recruit, train, and supervise volunteers and student ambassadors.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and program outcomes.
- Collaborate with local universities, churches, and community partners to expand outreach.
- Prepare monthly reports and manage a modest operational budget.
Required Qualifications
- Passion for Christian service and cross‑cultural ministry.
- Experience working with college students, preferably international.
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $52,441.55 annually (fixed). Benefits include health insurance, retirement plan options, paid time off, and professional development support.
