Key Responsibilities

• Perform patient check‑in and check‑out procedures with a focus on exceptional customer service.
• Obtain and track prior authorizations for procedures and services.
• Verify insurance coverage, eligibility, and benefits for each patient visit.
• Prepare, submit, and follow up on medical claims to commercial insurers, Medicare and Medicaid.
• Resolve claim denials, re‑submit corrected claims, and appeal when necessary.
• Maintain accurate patient account records, post payments, and reconcile daily financial transactions.

Required Qualifications
