Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Capture and document detailed business use cases for master data initiatives.
• Define, maintain, and validate source‑to‑target (S2T) data mappings.
• Establish inclusion and exclusion criteria to ensure accurate data scope.
• Develop data quality rules and business rules to uphold data integrity.
• Design workflow specifications that support data lifecycle management.
• Specify access control requirements to protect sensitive information.
• Manage reference data sets, including governance and stewardship activities.
• Prepare comprehensive functional design documents for development teams.
• Create user training materials and deliver training sessions to stakeholders.
• Coordinate System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles, ensuring issues are tracked and resolved.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
