Mattress Home is seeking a dynamic Mattress Sales Manager (Coaching Role) in Sarasota, Manatee County, FL. This hybrid leadership position combines floor‑sales performance with coaching responsibilities across multiple store locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive daily and monthly sales targets for all mattress and furniture locations.
• Coach, mentor, and develop a team of sales associates to improve product knowledge, closing techniques, and customer service.
• Collaborate directly with ownership on strategy, inventory planning, and promotional initiatives.
• Analyze sales data, produce performance reports, and adjust tactics to exceed goals.
• Maintain visual standards, ensure proper product displays, and oversee floor‑level merchandising.
• Handle escalated customer issues, ensuring a premium experience from inquiry to delivery.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Proven track record in mattress or furniture sales, with at least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or coaching capacity.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to motivate and develop a diverse sales team.
• Data‑driven mindset with experience using POS and sales analytics tools.
