Job Summary

Andar Software is seeking a strategic, hands‑on Marketing Manager to lead and grow its marketing function in Ontario, Canada. This role combines high‑level strategic thinking with day‑to‑day execution across the full marketing mix.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and refine market positioning and brand narrative for Andar Software’s products and services.
• Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns, including content creation, SEO, email, social media, and paid media.
• Plan, organize, and manage events, webinars, and industry conferences to boost brand awareness.
• Collaborate with product, sales, and customer success teams to align messaging and drive demand generation.
• Analyze campaign performance, generate insights, and optimize spend for maximum ROI.
• Maintain the marketing calendar, budget, and reporting dashboards.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive marketing experience, preferably in SaaS or technology.
• Proven ability to craft compelling brand stories and execute multi‑channel campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Hands‑on experience with SEO, content marketing, and event planning.
