Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing tactics and strategies aligned with the Sales & Marketing Plan.
• Collaborate with onsite club management, Board, Committee members, and the Troon Corporate team to ensure brand consistency.
• Create, manage, and distribute compelling content for membership communications, including newsletters, digital media, and promotional materials.
• Oversee production of all member‑related marketing assets, ensuring high quality and timely delivery.
• Analyze market trends, member feedback, and campaign performance to refine strategies and improve ROI.
• Manage marketing budget, track expenditures, and report on financial performance.
• Coordinate events, sponsorships, and community outreach initiatives to enhance club visibility.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in hospitality or golf‑industry marketing, with a proven track record of successful campaigns.
• Strong project management skills and ability to work cross‑functionally.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
• Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and brand development.

Compensation

Salary: $82,091.83 annually.
