MLP Management LLC is looking for a Marketing and Operations Specialist in Saint Louis, Saint Louis County. This temporary role supports corporate and property teams with training, auditing, marketing, and operational initiatives that drive qualified traffic and leasing performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist corporate and on‑site property teams with training programs and operational audits.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns that generate qualified leads for leasing.
• Coordinate media requests, digital assets, and promotional materials with on‑site staff to ensure brand consistency.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance, traffic metrics, and leasing outcomes.
• Support the creation of property‑specific marketing collateral, signage, and online listings.
• Collaborate with leasing agents to align marketing initiatives with property goals and customer experience.

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in marketing, property management, or related operations roles.
