Job Summary
WoodGreen Community Services is seeking a Manager for Supportive Housing Programs in Toronto, Ontario. This permanent, full‑time role leads the delivery of on‑site supportive housing services.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day‑to‑day operations of supportive housing units, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
- Develop and implement program strategies to improve resident outcomes and service quality.
- Manage a multidisciplinary team, including case managers, support staff, and maintenance personnel.
- Monitor budgets, prepare financial reports, and allocate resources within the $70,000–$80,000 salary framework.
- Collaborate with community partners, government agencies, and funders to secure resources and support.
- Prepare and present program performance data to senior leadership.
- Ensure health, safety, and accessibility standards are met in all housing locations.
Qualifications & Requirements
- College diploma or university degree in Social Work, Community Development, Public Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in supportive or affordable housing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of Ontario’s housing legislation, funding models, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict‑resolution skills.
- Ability to work Monday‑Friday, 9 am‑5 pm (35 hours/week) on‑site at 185 Cummer Ave, Toronto.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and case‑management software.
