About This Position
Waystar is seeking a Manager Solution Adoption in Atlanta, Fulton County (US) to lead a team of Solution Adoption Consultants and Technical Solution Specialists, driving successful onboarding and ongoing support for Patient Payments clients in the ambulatory healthcare sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high‑performing team of consultants and specialists.
- Design and enforce standardized onboarding methodologies to ensure consistent client experiences.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and client success teams to align adoption strategies with business goals.
- Monitor client satisfaction metrics, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to achieve predictable outcomes.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging data analytics to refine processes and increase adoption rates.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for complex technical or operational issues.
- Prepare and present performance reports to the Director of Solution Adoption and senior leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience in solution adoption, client onboarding, or implementation management, preferably in healthcare payments.
- Proven leadership experience managing cross‑functional teams.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and project‑management skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
- Familiarity with ambulatory care workflows and patient payment technologies.
Preferred Experience
- Experience with SaaS healthcare platforms.
- Certification in project management (PMP, Scrum, etc.).
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements such as HIPAA.
Compensation
Base salary: $82,989.19 annually.
Location
Atlanta, Fulton County, United States – hybrid work environment with occasional onsite presence.
