About This Position
ZERO Prostate Cancer is seeking a Manager, Regional Development to lead growth initiatives across the Pacific and Mountain time zones while working remotely from Napa, Napa County, US.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional strategic plans to expand ZERO’s outreach, fundraising, and partnership networks.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with healthcare providers, community organizations, and corporate sponsors.
- Analyze market data and demographic trends to prioritize high‑impact regions and allocate resources effectively.
- Lead a cross‑functional team of regional coordinators, providing coaching, performance feedback, and professional development.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior leadership on progress, challenges, and ROI.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Health, Nonprofit Management or related field; Master’s preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in regional development, fundraising, or program expansion, preferably in the health‑nonprofit sector.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding growth targets and managing budgets.
- Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while coordinating across multiple time zones.
