Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day delivery of QNXT consulting engagements for healthcare payer organizations.
• Collaborate with client operations leaders, delivery teams, and internal stakeholders to maintain operational stability.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to industry standards throughout project lifecycles.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and efficiency.
• Manage resource allocation, budgeting, and timeline tracking for consulting projects.
• Provide mentorship and performance feedback to consulting staff.
• Act as the primary point of contact for escalations and issue resolution.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in healthcare payer operations, with a focus on QNXT or similar claims processing platforms.
• Proven leadership experience managing consulting or delivery teams.
• Strong understanding of healthcare regulations (HIPAA, ACA, state Medicaid rules).
• Excellent communication, stakeholder‑management, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to travel to client sites as needed.

Compensation

Annual salary: $117,569.47
