Beyond Feedback is seeking a full‑time Manager of Insights & Analytics to work remotely from anywhere in the United States. This senior role leads a team that transforms employee and customer feedback into actionable business intelligence.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement and oversee end‑to‑end analytics programs for employee and customer lifecycle feedback.
• Lead a cross‑functional team of analysts, data scientists and consultants to deliver actionable insights.
• Develop dashboards, visualizations and reporting frameworks that drive brand loyalty, retention and engagement for client organizations.
• Partner with senior business leaders to translate data findings into strategic recommendations.
• Maintain data quality, governance and compliance with privacy regulations.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics or a related field (Master’s preferred).
