Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic network capacity and topology plans to support AI and data‑intensive services.
  • Lead a cross‑functional team of network engineers, analysts, and vendors, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Analyze traffic patterns, forecast demand, and recommend upgrades to maintain high‑performance, secure connectivity.
  • Collaborate with product, security, and operations teams to align network design with business objectives.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in network planning, design, or architecture, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of IP routing, MPLS, fiber optics, and AI‑enabled network solutions.
  • Proven project management skills and experience with budgeting and vendor negotiations.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder‑management abilities.

Preferred Skills

  • Professional certifications such as CCNP, CCDP, or TOGAF.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and edge computing deployments.
