WTW is seeking a Manager – Health Benefits to lead the design, financing and administration of health and benefit programs in Staples Mill, Henrico County, US. This full‑time role offers a competitive salary of $90,000‑$120,000.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead complex health and benefits projects from concept through implementation.
• Act as primary project manager for select initiatives, ensuring timelines, budgets and quality standards are met.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to develop and deliver client‑focused solutions.
• Create detailed client deliverables, reports and presentations.
