Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate daily with Footwear and Apparel Color Designers, Graphic Design Partners, developers, and Product Line Managers to deliver market‑specific graphic concepts.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of two graphic designers, ensuring high‑quality output and career growth.
• Translate consumer insights and regional trends into compelling graphic designs that align with Nike’s brand standards.
• Manage multiple design projects from concept through production, meeting tight timelines and budget constraints.
• Provide design direction and feedback to internal and external partners, maintaining consistency across all footwear collections.
• Stay current on industry trends, materials, and printing technologies to drive innovation.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in footwear or apparel graphic design, preferably within a fast‑moving consumer goods environment.
• Proven leadership experience managing a small design team.
• Strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) and 3D visualization tools.

Compensation
