Job Summary

Qvest US is seeking a Manager – Data Analytics to lead its analytics practice in Los Angeles, Los Angeles County. This senior role drives strategy, design, and delivery of data‑driven solutions for clients in Media & Entertainment and Consumer Packaged Goods.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of data analysts and engineers to design, build, and deploy advanced analytics and AI models.
• Collaborate with senior client stakeholders to define analytics roadmaps, KPI frameworks, and data‑governance policies.
• Oversee end‑to‑end data pipelines, from ingestion and cleansing to visualization and reporting.
• Translate complex business problems into scalable technical solutions using cloud platforms, big‑data tools, and applied AI.
• Mentor junior staff, conduct performance reviews, and foster a culture of continuous learning.
• Maintain strong relationships with Fortune 1,000 clients, ensuring high‑quality delivery and identifying upsell opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, preferably within Media & Entertainment or Retail sectors.
• Proven expertise with SQL, Python/R, cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong understanding of digital media supply chain, IP & rights management, and Salesforce data structures.
• Excellent communication and client‑facing skills, with the ability to present insights to executive audiences.
• Leadership experience managing cross‑functional teams in a consulting environment.

Annual salary: $119,030.80
