Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between the airport and airline partners, addressing operational, commercial, and regulatory matters.
• Develop and execute strategic airline plans that support airport growth, route development, and revenue targets.
• Coordinate with airport departments (operations, security, marketing, and customer service) to align airline needs with airport policies.
• Monitor and analyze airline performance metrics, providing actionable insights to improve on‑time performance and customer satisfaction.
