Key Responsibilities

• Design and architect modern, AI‑driven digital products and platforms for EY’s Managed Services practice.
• Develop prototypes and production‑grade code using Python, Java, or C# and AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Azure AI.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including data scientists, product managers, and business stakeholders—to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and ensure security, performance, and compliance standards are met.
• Provide technical mentorship to junior engineers and contribute to knowledge‑sharing initiatives.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 5 years focused on AI/ML solution architecture.
• Proven expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong programming skills in Python, Java, C#, or similar languages.
• Hands‑on experience with machine learning pipelines, model deployment, and MLOps.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Professional certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure AI Engineer) are a plus.

Compensation & Benefits
