Job Summary

EY is seeking a Senior Consultant – Managed Services AI‑Native Software Engineer to work remotely from anywhere in the United States, with a base in Topeka, Shawnee County, US. This senior‑level role designs, prototypes and builds AI‑enabled applications and digital products for EY’s Managed Services practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as hands‑on Solution Architect, creating end‑to‑end architectures for AI‑driven software solutions.
• Design, develop, and prototype modern, cloud‑native applications using machine‑learning frameworks and APIs.
• Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and mentor junior engineers.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Ensure solutions meet security, scalability, and performance standards.
• Stay current with emerging AI technologies and recommend innovative approaches.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, with a focus on AI/ML integration.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, or C# and experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Hands‑on experience with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit‑learn.
• Strong understanding of micro‑services architecture, RESTful APIs, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a globally distributed team.

Compensation

Annual salary: $199,280.92 (fixed). Additional benefits include health, dental, vision, 401(k) match, and professional development opportunities.
