Job Summary

EY is seeking a Senior Consultant – Managed Services AI‑Native Software Engineer in Wichita, Sedgwick County, US. This hands‑on Solution Architect role designs, prototypes and builds modern AI‑enabled applications and digital products for EY’s global clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and architect AI‑driven software solutions that meet client business objectives.
• Develop prototypes, proof‑of‑concepts, and production‑grade code using modern languages and AI frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including data scientists, product managers, and business analysts, to translate requirements into scalable architectures.
• Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and ensure compliance with security and governance standards.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and consulting staff.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience developing AI‑enabled applications, preferably in a consulting or managed‑services environment.
• Strong expertise in Python, Java, or C# and experience with AI/ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit‑learn.
• Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Solid understanding of micro‑services architecture, RESTful APIs, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and client‑facing skills.
