Managed Services – AI-Native Software Engineer – Senior Consultant

EY is seeking a Senior Consultant – Managed Services AI‑Native Software Engineer to work remotely from anywhere in the United States, with a base salary of $193,677.42. This senior‑level role focuses on designing, prototyping and delivering AI‑enabled applications for EY’s global clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as hands‑on Solution Architect for AI‑native software projects, creating end‑to‑end architecture designs.
• Develop, prototype and iterate AI‑driven digital products using cloud platforms, machine‑learning frameworks and modern DevOps practices.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including data scientists, product managers and business analysts—to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and mentor junior engineers on AI and cloud technologies.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 4 years in AI/ML application development.
• Proven expertise in designing cloud‑native architectures (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and deploying AI models at scale.
• Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or C# and familiarity with ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch or Scikit‑learn.
• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent communication skills, able to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
