Job Summary

EY is seeking a Senior Consultant – Managed Services AI‑Native Software Engineer to work remotely from anywhere in the United States, with a base in Frankfort, Franklin County. This hands‑on Solution Architect role designs, prototypes and builds modern AI‑enabled applications and digital products.

Key Responsibilities

• Design end‑to‑end AI‑native architectures for client‑facing solutions.
• Prototype, develop, and deploy AI‑driven applications using cloud platforms and modern DevOps practices.
• Lead code reviews, enforce best practices, and mentor junior engineers.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical designs.
• Ensure security, performance, and compliance standards are met throughout the development lifecycle.
• Stay current with emerging AI technologies and recommend innovative approaches to clients.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years focused on AI/ML solutions.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, or C# and experience with AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) and container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker).
• Hands‑on experience with micro‑services architecture, RESTful APIs, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a distributed, multicultural environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with large‑scale data processing (Spark, Hadoop).
• Certifications in cloud platforms or AI/ML specialties.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Compensation
