Job Summary
EY is seeking a Senior Consultant – Managed Services AI‑Native Software Engineer in Kansas City, Jackson County, US. This hands‑on Solution Architect will design, prototype, and build modern AI‑enabled applications and digital products.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and document scalable architectures for AI‑driven solutions.
- Develop, prototype, and test AI‑native software components using modern frameworks and cloud services.
- Conduct code reviews, ensure best practices, and mentor junior engineers.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate AI models into enterprise applications.
- Provide technical leadership for managed services engagements, including performance tuning and security compliance.
- Stay current with emerging AI technologies and recommend innovative approaches.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 5 years focused on AI/ML solutions.
- Proficiency in Python, Java, or C++, and experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Hands‑on experience with machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit‑learn).
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture, Docker/Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with global, diverse teams.
Compensation
