Job Summary

EY is seeking a Senior Consultant – Managed Services AI‑Native Software Engineer in Toledo, Lucas County, US. This hands‑on Solution Architect role designs, prototypes and builds modern AI‑enabled applications and digital products.

Key Responsibilities

• Design end‑to‑end architectures for AI‑native software solutions.
• Develop, prototype, and implement AI‑enabled applications using cloud platforms and modern frameworks.
• Conduct code reviews, ensure best practices, and maintain high‑quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into client solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers.
• Stay current with emerging AI technologies and translate them into practical business value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in software development with a focus on AI/ML, data engineering, or cloud‑native architectures.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, or C# and experience with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Compensation

Annual base salary: $195,015.78

Anywhere in the United States – preferred location Toledo, Lucas County, US.
