Key Responsibilities

• Act as a hands‑on Solution Architect, creating end‑to‑end architectures for AI‑native software solutions.
• Design, prototype, develop, and review modern, cloud‑based applications that leverage machine learning, natural language processing, and advanced analytics.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including data scientists, product managers, and infrastructure engineers—to translate business requirements into scalable technical designs.
• Lead code reviews, enforce best practices, and mentor junior engineers on AI development frameworks and DevOps pipelines.
• Ensure solutions meet security, compliance, and performance standards across EY’s global managed services environment.
• Provide technical guidance to clients, presenting architecture roadmaps and implementation strategies.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years of professional software engineering experience, with a strong focus on AI/ML technologies.
• Proven expertise in designing cloud‑native architectures (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
• Hands‑on experience with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit‑learn.
• Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or C++ and familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities and a track record of delivering complex, production‑grade AI solutions.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work with global, multidisciplinary teams.
