Job Summary

EY is seeking a Senior Consultant – Managed Services AI‑Native Software Engineer to work from any location in the United States, with a focus on candidates in Custom House, Orleans Parish. This hands‑on solution architect will design, prototype, and build modern AI‑enabled applications and digital products.

Key Responsibilities

• Design end‑to‑end architectures for AI‑native solutions that meet client business goals.
• Develop, test, and review high‑quality code for machine‑learning models, APIs, and micro‑services.
• Lead proof‑of‑concept and prototype projects, demonstrating technical feasibility.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including data scientists, product managers, and UX designers—to deliver integrated digital products.
• Provide technical mentorship to junior engineers and ensure adherence to EY’s best‑practice standards.
• Participate in client workshops, presenting solution designs and guiding implementation strategies.
• Stay current with emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and cloud services, recommending innovative approaches.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 5 years focused on AI/ML solutions.
• Strong expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker).
• Proficiency in Python, Java, or C# and familiarity with ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit‑learn.
• Hands‑on experience with data pipelines, RESTful APIs, and CI/CD automation.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to translate business requirements into technical designs.
• Effective communication and client‑facing experience.

• Experience with MLOps, model serving, and monitoring tools.
• Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance frameworks.

Compensation
