Job Summary

EY is seeking a Senior Consultant – Managed Services AI‑Native Software Engineer to work from Phoenix, Maricopa County, US. This hands‑on Solution Architect role designs, prototypes and builds modern AI‑enabled applications and digital products.

Key Responsibilities

• Design end‑to‑end architectures for AI‑driven solutions across multiple industries.
• Develop, prototype, and validate AI‑enabled software components using Python, Java, or C#.
• Lead code reviews, ensure best practices for security, scalability, and performance.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate machine‑learning models into production environments.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and consultants.
• Participate in client workshops, present technical roadmaps, and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Stay current with emerging AI technologies, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and DevOps tools.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on AI/ML solutions.
• Proven expertise in designing cloud‑native architectures and micro‑services.
• Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or C# and experience with frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit‑learn.
• Hands‑on experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and infrastructure‑as‑code.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with senior client stakeholders.

Preferred Experience

• Certifications in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) or AI/ML.
• Experience delivering managed services or consulting engagements for Fortune 500 clients.
• Knowledge of data engineering tools (Spark, Kafka, Snowflake).

Compensation

Annual salary: $185,968.61
