Job Summary

EY is seeking a Senior Consultant – Managed Services AI-Native Software Engineer in Lansing, Ingham County, US. This hands‑on Solution Architect role designs, prototypes and builds modern AI‑enabled applications and digital products.

Key Responsibilities

• Design end‑to‑end architectures for AI‑driven solutions across EY’s Managed Services portfolio.
• Develop, prototype, and implement AI‑native software components using Python, Java, or similar languages.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate machine‑learning models into scalable cloud platforms.
• Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and mentor junior engineers.
• Provide technical leadership for client engagements, translating business requirements into technical specifications.
• Stay current with emerging AI technologies and recommend innovative approaches.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 5 years focused on AI/ML solutions.
• Proven expertise in designing cloud‑native architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Strong programming skills in Python, Java, C++, or similar.
• Hands‑on experience with machine‑learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit‑learn.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with global, diverse teams.
• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Compensation

Salary: $205,469.17 per year (fixed).
