Job Summary

EY is seeking a Senior Consultant – Managed Services AI‑Native Software Engineer to work remotely from anywhere in the United States, with a base in Ridgeside, Hamilton County. This hands‑on Solution Architect role focuses on designing, prototyping, and building modern AI‑enabled applications and digital products.

Key Responsibilities

• Design end‑to‑end architectures for AI‑native solutions that meet client business objectives.
• Develop prototypes and proof‑of‑concepts using machine‑learning, natural‑language processing, and automation technologies.
• Write high‑quality, scalable code and conduct peer reviews to ensure best practices.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including data scientists, product managers, and infrastructure engineers.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers.
• Participate in client workshops, presenting technical roadmaps and solution options.
• Ensure compliance with EY security, governance, and quality standards.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 2 years focused on AI/ML solutions.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, or C# and experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Hands‑on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks.
• Strong understanding of micro‑services, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex technical concepts for non‑technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with large‑scale data processing (Spark, Hadoop).
• Knowledge of MLOps, model monitoring, and governance.
• Professional certifications in cloud or AI technologies.
