Job Summary

EY is seeking a hands‑on Managed Services – AI Enabled Solution Architect – Manager to work from anywhere in the United States, with a base location in Topeka, Shawnee County, US. This senior role designs, prototypes and builds modern AI‑enabled applications and digital products while leading a team of architects.

Key Responsibilities

• Design end‑to‑end AI‑enabled solution architectures aligned with client business goals.
• Prototype, develop and review modern digital products using cloud, data, and machine‑learning services.
• Lead and mentor a team of solution architects and engineers, ensuring best‑practice standards.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional EY teams to integrate AI capabilities into managed services offerings.
• Conduct technical reviews, provide guidance on scalability, security, and performance.
• Engage with clients to translate requirements into technical roadmaps and deliverable plans.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in solution architecture, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and AI/ML technologies.
• Proven track record designing and delivering AI‑enabled applications at scale.
• Strong leadership and people‑management skills.
• Excellent communication and client‑facing abilities.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure AI Engineer) are a plus.
