Managed Services – AI Enabled Solution Architect – Manager

EY is seeking a Managed Services – AI Enabled Solution Architect – Manager to work remotely from anywhere in the United States, with a base location in Strathmoor Manor, Jefferson County. This senior role combines hands‑on solution design, prototyping, and leadership of AI‑enabled digital products.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, prototype, and build modern, AI‑enabled applications and digital solutions for EY’s Managed Services portfolio.
• Develop and document high‑level and detailed architectures, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance.
• Lead code reviews, provide technical guidance, and mentor junior architects and developers.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including data scientists, product owners, and infrastructure engineers—to deliver end‑to‑end solutions.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and integrate best‑in‑class tools and frameworks.
• Drive continuous improvement of architecture standards and governance processes.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5+ years of experience designing and delivering AI‑enabled enterprise applications.
• Strong expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker).
• Proficiency with machine‑learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit‑learn) and data pipelines.
• Solid understanding of micro‑services architecture, API design, and DevOps practices.
• Excellent communication skills and proven ability to lead technical teams.
