Job Summary

EY is seeking a Managed Services – AI Enabled Solution Architect – Manager to work remotely from anywhere in the United States, with a base in Kansas City, Jackson County, US. This hands‑on role designs, prototypes and builds modern AI‑enabled applications and digital products while leading a team of architects.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and document end‑to‑end architectures for AI‑driven solutions, ensuring scalability, security and compliance.
• Prototype, develop and test AI models and digital products using cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and emerging technologies.
• Lead code reviews, provide technical guidance, and mentor junior architects and engineers.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams – data scientists, product managers, and business stakeholders – to translate requirements into technical designs.
• Define standards, best practices and governance for AI solution delivery across Managed Services.
• Manage stakeholder expectations, present architectural proposals and roadmaps, and support sales pursuits.
• Stay current with AI trends, tools and frameworks, and champion innovation within EY.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in solution architecture, with at least 5 years focused on AI/ML, cloud-native applications and digital transformation.
• Proven expertise in AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, SageMaker) and programming languages (Python, Java, Scala).
• Strong knowledge of cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP), micro‑services, containers (Docker, Kubernetes) and DevOps pipelines.
• Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Relevant certifications (AWS Solutions Architect, Azure AI Engineer, TOGAF) are a plus.

Compensation

Salary: $264,509.38 per year (fixed).
