Job Summary

EY is seeking a Managed Services – AI Enabled Solution Architect – Manager to work remotely from anywhere in the United States, based in Wellston, Saint Louis County. This hands‑on role designs, prototypes and builds modern AI‑enabled applications and digital products for EY’s global clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end architecture design of AI‑driven solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance.
• Develop prototypes and proof‑of‑concepts using machine‑learning frameworks, cloud services, and micro‑service architectures.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including data scientists, developers, and business analysts—to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Conduct code reviews, enforce best‑practice standards, and mentor junior architects and engineers.
• Define governance, monitoring, and performance metrics for AI solutions in a managed‑services environment.
• Engage with clients to present architectural roadmaps, solution benefits, and implementation timelines.
• Stay current with emerging AI technologies and incorporate innovative approaches into EY’s service offerings.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in solution architecture, with at least 4 years focusing on AI/ML, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern DevOps practices.
• Proven track record designing and delivering AI‑enabled digital products at scale.
• Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or Scala and familiarity with frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Spark.
• Excellent communication and client‑facing abilities.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Google Cloud Professional Architect) are a plus.
