Job Summary

EY is seeking a Managed Services – AI Enabled Solution Architect – Manager in Hoboken, Hudson County, US. This hands‑on role designs, prototypes and builds modern AI‑enabled applications and digital products for EY’s global clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Design end‑to‑end architectures for AI‑driven solutions, ensuring scalability, security and performance.
• Prototype and develop proof‑of‑concepts using machine‑learning, natural‑language processing and automation technologies.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including data scientists, developers and business analysts—to translate business requirements into technical designs.
• Lead code reviews, enforce best practices and mentor junior architects.
• Provide technical guidance for managed services engagements, overseeing deployment, monitoring and continuous improvement.
• Stay current with emerging AI trends and integrate innovative tools into EY’s service portfolio.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in solution architecture, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and AI/ML technologies.
• Proven track record delivering AI‑enabled digital products in a managed‑services environment.
• Strong programming skills in Python, Java or Scala and familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and leadership abilities.

Compensation

Salary: $188,579.33 per year (fixed). Additional benefits include health coverage, retirement plans, flexible work arrangements and professional development opportunities.
