EY is seeking a hands‑on Managed Services – AI Enabled Solution Architect – Manager to work from Custom House, Orleans Parish, US. This senior role designs, prototypes and builds modern AI‑enabled applications and digital products while leading a team of architects.

Key Responsibilities

• Design end‑to‑end AI‑enabled solution architectures for clients across industries.
• Prototype, develop and test proof‑of‑concepts using machine‑learning, NLP and automation technologies.
• Lead architecture reviews, ensure alignment with EY standards and client governance.
• Mentor and manage a team of solution architects and developers, fostering a collaborative, innovative culture.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in solution architecture, with at least 3 years in AI/ML‑enabled product development.
• Proven expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and AI services (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Azure AI, AWS Sage‑Maker, etc.).
• Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or Scala and experience with micro‑services, APIs and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and team‑leadership abilities.
