Job Summary

EY is seeking a Managed Services – AI Enabled Solution Architect – Manager to work remotely from anywhere in the United States, with a base in Uptown, Marion County. This hands‑on leadership role designs, prototypes and builds modern AI‑enabled applications and digital products while guiding a team of architects and engineers.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end architecture of AI‑enabled solutions for EY’s managed services portfolio.
• Design, prototype, and build scalable, secure, and cloud‑native applications using machine‑learning, data analytics, and automation technologies.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—product owners, developers, data scientists, and business stakeholders—to translate requirements into technical designs.
• Conduct architecture reviews, code inspections, and performance assessments to ensure best practices and compliance.
• Mentor and coach junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
• Stay current with emerging AI trends, platforms, and tools, and recommend strategic adoption.
• Develop and maintain documentation, roadmaps, and governance frameworks for AI solutions.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in solution architecture, with at least 4 years leading AI/ML projects.
• Proven expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern DevOps practices.
• Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or C# and experience with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or SageMaker.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving abilities.
