Job Summary

EY is seeking a hands‑on Managed Services – AI Enabled Solution Architect – Manager to work from Grandview Heights, Franklin County, US. This senior role designs, prototypes and builds modern AI‑enabled applications and digital products for EY’s managed services practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Design end‑to‑end architectures for AI‑driven solutions, ensuring scalability, security and performance.
• Prototype, develop and demonstrate proof‑of‑concepts using machine‑learning, NLP and automation technologies.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including data scientists, engineers and business analysts—to translate requirements into technical designs.
• Lead code reviews, enforce best practices, and mentor junior architects and developers.
• Define technical standards, governance and documentation for AI solution delivery.
• Engage with clients to present architectural roadmaps, assess feasibility and drive adoption of AI innovations.
• Stay current with emerging AI platforms, cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) and industry trends to inform future offerings.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in solution architecture, with at least 3 years focused on AI/ML enabled products.
• Proven expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and micro‑services design.
• Strong programming skills in Python, Java or Scala and familiarity with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch or Spark ML.
• Experience delivering large‑scale, enterprise‑grade applications in a managed services environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field; advanced degree is a plus.

Compensation

Salary range: $218,428.55 – $218,428.55 per year.
