EY is hiring a Managed Services – AI Enabled Solution Architect – Manager in Nashville, Davidson County, US. This hands‑on leadership role designs, prototypes and builds modern AI‑enabled applications and digital products for EY’s global clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end architecture of AI‑driven solutions, including data pipelines, model deployment, and cloud infrastructure.
• Design, prototype, and build scalable digital products that leverage machine learning, natural language processing, and automation.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—data scientists, engineers, product owners—to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and mentor junior architects and developers.
• Develop proof‑of‑concepts and demo environments to showcase AI capabilities to clients and internal stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science or related field.
• 5+ years of experience designing and delivering AI/ML solutions in a consulting or managed‑services environment.
• Strong expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker).
• Proficiency with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit‑learn, and MLOps tools.
• Hands‑on coding skills in Python, Java, or Scala and experience with API design.
• Excellent communication skills and proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure AI Engineer) are a plus.

Compensation

Salary range: $182,968.31 per year.
