Job Summary

EY is seeking a Managed Services – AI Enabled Solution Architect – Manager to work from Charlotte, Mecklenburg County, US. This hands‑on leadership role designs, prototypes and builds modern AI‑enabled applications and digital products for EY’s global clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture design of AI‑driven solutions, ensuring scalability, security and compliance.
• Prototype, develop and deliver end‑to‑end digital products using cloud platforms, machine‑learning frameworks and micro‑service architectures.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including data scientists, engineers and business analysts—to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Conduct code reviews, enforce best‑practice standards and mentor junior architects and developers.
• Define and maintain solution roadmaps, technology standards and governance for AI‑enabled services.
• Engage with clients to present architectural proposals, address technical concerns and support pre‑sales activities.
• Stay current on emerging AI technologies, industry trends and regulatory changes, and incorporate them into EY’s service offerings.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience designing and implementing AI/ML solutions in a managed‑services environment.
• Strong expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and modern development stacks (Python, Java, Node.js).
• Hands‑on experience with machine‑learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit‑learn) and data engineering pipelines.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to guide multi‑disciplinary teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities, both technical and non‑technical.

Compensation

Annual salary: $173,254.22
