Key Responsibilities

• Lead the response to major incidents, coordinating cross‑functional teams to restore services quickly.
• Maintain clear, timely communication with stakeholders, senior leadership, and external partners.
• Document incident timelines, root‑cause analyses, and post‑incident reviews.
• Adjust shift schedules as needed to ensure 24/7 coverage during high‑impact events.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to incident response staff.

• Proven experience in incident management, preferably in a major incident commander or similar leadership role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to convey complex technical information to non‑technical audiences.
• Flexibility to work extended hours, night shifts, and weekends during incidents.
• Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
• Availability for quarterly travel to client sites.

Work Schedule & Location

Remote work with quarterly travel. Six hires will cover the 2:00 pm–10:00 pm Central shift, and two hires will cover the 8:00 am–5:00 pm Central shift. Overtime may be required during critical incidents, with an effort to keep total hours near 40 per week.

Annual salary: $147,363.78 (fixed).
