Key Responsibilities

• Collect and dispose of trash and recyclable materials from common areas.
• Perform routine adjustments and minor repairs on heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Identify issues that require specialist tradespeople and coordinate timely service calls.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of building interiors and exteriors.
