Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to guest and staff service requests for repairs and preventive maintenance.
- Perform routine inspections of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems to ensure optimal operation.
- Diagnose equipment failures, troubleshoot issues, and execute corrective repairs.
- Maintain accurate work orders, documentation, and inventory of parts and supplies.
